Clarify is looking for Training & Development Director to focus on creating and implementing a best-in-class training and development program.

The Training & Development Director will be responsible for a range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to):

    • Plays a key role in helping design and execute a best-in-class training program, created to support Commercial onboarding and ongoing coaching.
    • Create ongoing web-based sessions ranging from sales training to general product overviews, to advanced use cases within the Clarify Health Product suite.
    • Develops internal activities and resources at scale to support commercial teams on optimal ways to sell and find value in the Clarify Health product suite.
    • Creates written, graphical, and multimedia training material and other content to support training and coaching commercial teams.
    • Supports the Commercial teams to identify and serve client implementation and training needs.
    • Stays up to date on latest industry and best practice research, identifying and integrating key resources (data, tactics, and tools) into deliverables
    • Support coordination of external training partners
    • Participate in Train the Trainer programs for Sales Methodology and create program for onboarding and continued support.
    • Set and adhere to established deadlines for own work product, while simultaneously project managing other stakeholders to ensure forward progress on multi-disciplinary projects
    • Build consensus among peers and leaders on business needs and strive for collaboration on complex projects
    • Cultivate productive working relationships across internal departments, creating strong team bond with colleagues.
    • Coordination and communication of training updates to keep content current with new releases and product updates
    • Previous experience with measuring and demonstrating the effectiveness of training programs in achieving the desired goals for participants, and iterating based on feedback and results
    • Partnership with subject matter experts across the organization in creation of relevant content
    • Partner with LMS manager to implement and update content on a regular basis.
    • Work with Sales Enablement team daily on continuous improvement of training ideas and resources.
    • Experience in Healthcare and/or Analytics a plus.
    • Experience with Salesforce
