SUMMARY

Seek out potential customers and advise them of the advantages of trading in their vehicle for the purchase of a new one.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage data mining tool (Equity connect) in Subaru Care Connect platform
  • Manage service lane positive/healthy and negative equity customer
  • Work with the cashier on distributing info to customers
  • Proactively seek out new customers, as well as, existing customers
  • Generate custom lists of both positive/healthy or negative equity customer and contact via email,
  • phone, text, or direct mail
  • Develop and maintain relationship with customers
  • Develop and grow sales through prospecting, cold calling and relationship development
  • Keep customer loyal to dealership through retention
  • Collaborate with team members and managers alike
  • Keep current on all Subaru Certifications
  • Keep current on all store training and other requirements assigned (i.e. Alan Ram, etc)
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stretch, reach, bend, twist, turn, handle and stoop. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
