Job Title: Tour Operations Dispatcher

Reports to: Tour Operations Supervisor

Hours/week:

• 20-30 hours (April 10, 2023-May 8, 2023; September 11,

2023-October 25, 2023)

• 40-50 hours (May 9, 2023-September 10, 2023)

Compensation:

• Starting at $18/hour
• Seasonal Bonus

General Description: Tour Operations:

• Weigh guests as they check in
• Manifest and balance helicopters with company software
• Pay attention to aircraft fueling constraints and ballast
• Communicate with Flight Operations and Lead Tour Attendants about flight specifics (Fuel, ballast, passenger issues)
• Address parties with any issues such as weight restrictions or split parties in a professional and respectful manner
• Take payment for merchandise sales

Dispatch:

• Put together driver schedules the night before
• Communicate any passenger changes with Dock Reps and Drivers
• Notify staff of any schedule changes
• Understand how many passengers are on each pick up and drop off
• Help drive and escort people when necessary
• Check in guests after drivers have communicated who they have picked up at each location
• Drive ADA passengers to and from their tour
• Take payment for merchandise sales

Job Expectations:

• Extremely punctual
• Highly attentive to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
• Fast at learning operations and their schedules

Requirements:

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or GED, Associate’s degree preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to obtain an airport badge
• Customer service experience
• Logistics coordination or complex scheduling experience preferred
• High volume tourism experience a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
