Job Title: Tour Attendant
Reports to: Tour Operations Supervisor and Lead Tour Attendant
Hours/week:
- 20-30 hours (April 10, 2023-May 8, 2023; September 11,
2023-October 25, 2023)
- 40-50 hours (May 9, 2023-September 10, 2023)
Compensation:
- Starting at $16/hour
- Seasonal Bonus
General Description:
- Participate in morning safety meetings
- Help guests with their gear
- Safety brief all guests before they are escorted to the aircraft
- Entertain guests while waiting for their aircraft and help guide their experience
- Read full aircraft manifest per tour
- Load and unload guests quickly and safely to and from aircraft
- Keep gear up to date and report any problems
- Keep the tour office clean and presentable
- Keep track of aircraft specifics (ballast, freight, fuel)
- Keep aircraft on schedule

Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer Service experience a plus
- Ability to obtain an airport badge
- Ability to be on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
