Total Direct Bank Lead Job at City National Bank of Florida
Overview:
The Total Direct Bank Lead will report to the Bank's Director of Digital Transformation, who is a member of the bank’s strategy division. The candidate will lead the development and execution of the division's strategy.The Digital Transformation Team includes the Data & Analytics Team, Salesforce Product Ownership Team, and the Financial Modeling Team.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years prior experience at a financial institution required.

Successful record of accomplishment in establishing effective cross-functional partnerships and relationships.

Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills.

Demonstrated executive level relationship building and partnering skills.

Experience with AWS, Google Cloud & Marketing Platform, and Salesforce CRM a plus.

Comfortable with legacy pushback, managing up, communicating to executives your vision.

Entrepreneurial with experience building new capabilities and challenging the status quo.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
