Job Description:
Creator and editor of internal communications for Production Engineering Division
Create alignment to and engagement with
· Strategic business goals
o Increase team member engagement
o Accelerate collaboration
· Advancing organizational and leadership communications capabilities
· Collaboration and community across multiple channels
Heavy cross-group collaboration
Trusted partner and coach across the organization
Responsibilities:
· Work with internal business partners (HR, Leadership, etc.)
· Execute communications that inform, engage, and inspire our team in an accurate and timely manner
· Align business strategies culture and business performance. Including:
· Hands-on manager of core communication channels and vehicles, ensuring alignment of themes, strategy and messages.
· Strengthening employee engagement to and advocacy of the brand and culture through targeted campaigns including:
o Consistency in branding and delivery.
o Evaluating the ongoing needs of the business to deliver the right communication via the right channel.
· As the primary content originator and thought leader, oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of internal website and other digital channels.
· Stay abreast of emerging communications trends and establish best practices.
· Develop and execute communication strategies and methodology.
· Create and facilitate Division Meetings
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism
· 3+ years’ experience
· Experience in executive communication and coaching
· Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Georgetown, KY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
