Duties/Responsibilities

• Preparing title documents
• Preparing checks for applicable fees and taxes
• Submitting all legal transfer documents to the DMV
• Maintaining trade-in vehicle jackets and payoff titles
• Maintaining tax and fee schedules
• Keeping current with applicable laws
• Professionally respond to customer inquiries

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous title experience
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
