Therapist needed to join our integrated school-based health center in Bangor, MI.

This mental health clinician will:

• Assess the needs/wishes of youth and their families through a person/family-centered process.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and review treatment plans and progress related to goals and objectives, including youth and family stability and effectiveness of services.
• Provide crisis intervention, assessment, outpatient therapy, case management, therapeutic intervention, RAAPS (risk) assessment, and other services as needed.
• Act as a resource to youth, families, school personnel, and agency staff.
• Intervene with individuals, families, or groups in coordination with the service/treatment plan to enhance or restore the capacity for emotional/social functioning in the home/school/community.

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Master's degree with appropriate licensure.
• Experience in therapy or counseling.
• Demonstrated diagnostic and case reporting skills and ability to respond to crisis situations in a positive manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including ability to be punctual, manage time and crisis situations flexibly & effectively, and demonstrate good judgment.

Position is full-time (37.5 hours per week).
