Rosewood Ranch, a Monte Nido & Affiliate program, offers innovative eating disorder treatment options including Inpatient, Residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. We utilize a variety of evidence-based practices including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and 12 step models to assist in healing mind, body, and spirit.
Our multi-disciplinary includes psychiatrists, physicians, dietitians, nursing, behavior health professionals and therapists. We lean on a solid clinical leadership team to support our growth as a provider, employer and employee.

Responsibilities:

- Providing individual, group, and family therapy
- Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers
- Participating in discharge and aftercare planning
- Provides safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the clients' intersecting identities
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum
- State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
- Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
- Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
