Now hiring for the newest restaurant in the Santa Ynez Valley!
We are looking for a friendly, upbeat host to join our growing team. As a greeter, you'll be responsible for answering the phone, greeting guests, and seating. Experience with Tock or Opentable is a plus! We will have Brunch and Dinner shifts available.
Located at the premier hotel in the valley "Santa Ynez Inn".
The new signature restaurant, The Victor, features "live fire, land, sea". The main kitchen boost a state-of-the-art Josper Oven which uses charcoal and temperatures of up to 600 degrees to sear and cook fresh seafood, meat, and vegetables. Outside there is a Santa Maria grill that pays ohmage to the unique BBQ style found in the region. The restaurant features indoor and plenty of outdoor alfresco dining to take advantage of the valleys year-round temperature climate. There is a full service front and side patio as well as bar seating Infront of the fireplace-perfect for cozying up to on colder evenings.
