This Senior Brand Manager supports the Kraft Heinz Not Co joint venture formed by Kraft Heinz and The Not Company to develop superior plant-based versions of co-branded products at a level of speed- taste- quality- and scale yet to be seen in the industry. NotCo brings its patented- first-of-its-kind technology and proven artificial intelligence (AI) solutions- while Kraft Heinz offers its iconic brand portfolio and scale. The Sr. Brand Manager will drive adoption and own end-to-end oversight of all strategies and activities related to acquiring- converting- and growing our consumer base. Working in close collaboration across functions- this individual will embrace a test and learn mentality to determine the most impactful and high-quality product marketing strategies to meet key business results for our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively & creatively with the Consumer Insights team to create a deeper understanding of what consumers say vs. what they really mean. Leverage this understanding to identify relevant pain points or desired progress in life that our brands can help resolve.

  • Bring transformative- non-traditional thinking to various platforms by tweaking current brands and creating new whitespace brands.

  • Define & deliver validated long-term innovation strategy that solves critical pain points or brings desired progress to consumers’ lives while making a strong addition to revenue and profit.

  • Manage innovation through the Stage Gate process- and transition projects seamlessly to Platform teams for execution.

  • Ad hoc renovation work dependent on brand landscape

  • Create a pipeline of big bets and ensure stakeholder alignment at different stages of projects via leadership- US Growth Office- and cross-functional teams.

  • Build strong partnerships with all internal teams (Consumer Insights- R&D- Supply- Sales and Finance) and external agency partners (Creative- Media- PR- Design- Research etc.) to align everyone’s efforts towards a common goal.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing for an established or startup CPG company

  • Demonstrated ability to influence teams and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Outstanding verbal- written and interpersonal communications skills

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Strategic capability and experience in marketing plan development; situation assessment- strategy and tactical plan development

  • Experience in cross-functional team management

  • Experience leading commercialization process

  • Ability to handle simultaneous projects and deliver in agreed upon timelines

  • Understanding of Financial P&L
