Cimarron is seeking Test & Evaluation Engineers to support a large aerospace and defense customer in El Segundo, CA. This position is supporting a 1-year contract. The selected candidate for this position must have the ability to work any shift.

Key Duties:

• Support the development and verification of test methods.
• Develop detailed test procedures and the instrumentation and configuration definition needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan.
• Develop solutions to calibration systems problems of limited scope and impact.
• Design test hardware, software, and systems to achieve test requirements.
• Use analytical tools to verify the design.
• Analyze, process, and format data to customer requirements.
• Review test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy, quality, and/or fidelity prior to delivery to the customer.
• Prepare and publish test reports to document test results and satisfy requirements.
• Present test results internally.
• Archive data and reports.
• Train others.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Ability to work any shift.
• Experience in test engineering.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Experience with troubleshooting processes in test data/test procedure development.
• Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience in an Engineering classification, Master's degree and 3 or more years of experience in an Engineering classification, or Ph.D. degree with experience in an Engineering classification.

• Experience with failure review boards.
• Experience with test readiness review.
• Experience with special test equipment.
• Experience with RF (Radio Frequency)
