Position Overview:

Provides assistance in the planning, development, maintenance, and monitoring of an integrated customer
relations management system with multiple ancillary applications (Tessitura, SSRS, and Analytics). The candidate must
have a willingness to work with the festival staff of varying levels of technical expertise. This position also works in close
collaboration with the IT Operations staff. Directly supervised by the Tessitura Database Administrator.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):

  • Assists the Database Administrator with season build and rollover, contribution campaign and financial
setup, TNEW integration and integration of ancillary system data with OSF’s primary CRM.
  • Coordinates with OSF staff from varying departments for Tessitura-related requests and provides timely
technical assistance concerning appropriate access and use of Tessitura data.
  • Develops and maintains detailed documentation, adhering to the definitions and standards set forth by the
department.
  • Strictly follows the security guidelines provided by Administrators
  • Organizes and directs training related to Tessitura data systems under the supervision of the Tessitura
Database Administrator.
  • Serves as liaison with Tessitura Network and payment processor when troubleshooting.
  • Handles all level two helpdesk tickets related to Tessitura.
  • Create and configure Tessitura user accounts.
  • Plans and prioritizes assignments to meet specified deadlines.
  • Performs related work and duties as assigned.
  • Other Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Participates in regular IT Operations team meetings and discussions as well as cross-department project
    team meetings.
    2. Works collaboratively across departments as Tessitura advocate
    3. Communicates project status, issues, and resolutions with the project team and IT management

Qualifications & Skills:
REQUIRED:
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor's or Associates degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field plus one year
experience in applications administration or graduation from high school or equivalent plus three years of experience
in applications administration (a combination of relevant college course work/training and programming
experience may be used to satisfy the required three years of experience).

Physical Ability: Must be able to do repetitive hand and wrist work using a computer and have the ability to sit for
many hours. Must be able to function competently within occasions of high stress and high demand. This position
may require 24/7 availability.

Other Skills, Ability and/or Knowledge:
Ability to analyze and solve problems; coordinate, plan and schedule; test and implement applications solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. General knowledge
of computer systems software and hardware. Knowledge of Tessitura software including Ticketing, Campaign and
Contribution setup and TNEW integration as well as T-SQL, SSMS, and SSRS helpful.

Must be able to successfully pass a background check
Special Hours Requirements:
This position could require after-hours availability during times of tight, approaching deadlines or for
consultation/support during system down situations.
PREFERRED: Experience as Tessitura Administrator
