Temporary Receptionist

A local Erie School is looking for a temporary receptionist. The job will entail answering phones, greeting visitors/guests to the building (completing the COVID Questionnaire and taking temps), notifying staff of appointment arrivals, scanning documents into the electronic health record, and sending out forms for discharged clients.

This is a TEMP assignment projected to last 3-6 months

Responsibilities
  • Process discharges
  • Complete audits
  • Greet visitors
  • Document scanning
  • Inventory office supplies
  • Data entry
  • Maintain email inbox
  • Processing of student documentation
Qualifications and Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in office work
Benefits/Compensation
  • Pay rate is $13 per hour
  • Full Time
  • 1st Shift Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
  • Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts.
