Telecommunications Lead Operator - Access Center Job at Keck Medical Center of USC
To provide voice, paging and emergency communication for the organization, business partners, and community served for both USC University Hospital and USC Norris Cancer Hospital (Dual Campus Responsibilities).
The hourly rate range for this position is $17.50 - $27.01. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
Minimum Education: • High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum Experience/Knowledge: • Experience in a health care industry preferred. • Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Capable of communicating with all levels of employee-administrative to staff. • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Software (Word and Excel). Required License/Certification: • Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date. • Ethics Training required.
