Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the system and the documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Coordinate and lead work product reviews on deliverables
- Understand project schedule and keeps deliverables on track during review cycles
- Builds deliverable templates and suggests improvements to processes and templates
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
- Create and maintain the information architecture Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience working within a IT Services industry and/or Healthcare Payor preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Word required; proficiency in Excel, Project, Visio, and Power Point is a plus
- Ability to edit for grammar and punctuation, and writing style
- Proficiency in the use of business/technical writing
- Experience in developing and implementing technical procedures required
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner with diverse technical subject matter experts
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Pay: $16.19 - $39.90 per hour
