We are currently seeking a Online Ordering Technical Writer to join our team in Washington (100% remote), District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

Position Overview:

NTT DATA is looking for an individual to support a critical Client program. This program will support the establishment of a central information hub to support the operations and management oversight of the client's Next Generation Global Health Supply Chain Suite of Programs (NextGen). The Client's global health efforts are focused to prevent child and maternal deaths, control the HIV/AIDS epidemic, control and eliminate malaria, increase and sustain access to safe, voluntary, high-quality family planning and reproductive health care, and combat infectious diseases.

Position's General Duties and Tasks:

In this role, the incumbent will provide expertise in working with technical teams and writing documentation to support Information Technology application development and implementation of the clients online ordering system. The incumbent will analyze technical information to determine the most logical way to present technical information for greatest reader comprehension. The incumbent will ensure that documentation is written in a manner that the client with limited to highly proficient technical product knowledge can understand and use the material. The incumbent will work with both internal and external stakeholders to complete various documentation needs for the various business verticals.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technical writing for IT applications
  • Undergraduate degree in computer information technology, business, engineering, or economics, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of SC Supply Chain Management

Candidates for this position will be required to adhere to NTT DATA's and its clients' COVID-19 health and safety protocols. For Colorado Candidates

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is Min: $74,700 - Max: $137,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work

location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
