What You Will Do

The Technical Support Specialist serves as an important primary support liaison between the company and the customer and is responsible for resolving complex customer-related software issues associated with web-based, self-hosted, and cloud-deployed environments.

  • Assist customers with software systems, including troubleshooting, explaining technical language, and investigating to understand customer issues

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and application issues including the integration connectors and other elements in the customer’s Windows environment, system performance, permissions, connectivity, login issues, and application errors on hosted and SaaS-based platforms.

  • Effectively document issues/feedback from customers for use by Development in research and resolution of defects

  • Understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly to individuals with varied backgrounds and skill levels

  • Develop solution guides to explain troubleshooting steps and common solutions for colleagues and customers to use


What Skills & Experience You Should Bring


  • Bachelor or Associate degree in business or other relevant disciplines

  • Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic SQL exposure

  • Familiarity with browser developer tools and website/API interfaces encouraged

  • Prior experience in customer support encouraged
