CURRENT NEED:

• 22.5 hours a week (3 days), 7.5 paid hours per day.
  • Flexible on days of the week, with preference at least for Friday to support coverage needs.
• Pay-rate is $27.38 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support of Macintosh and Windows computers, Chromebooks, iPads and other devices with direction from the Director, Technology Support and Systems Architecture.
• Assists in maintaining computers, printers, and other information technology equipment.
• Coordinating projects with hardware and network specialists and CCIU software developers.
• Daily backup and other data integrity-related procedures on computer and network systems.
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems, applications software any device adapters and network connectivity required on CCIU computers and Information Technology systems.
• Installing and configuring any needed networking protocols on client computers.
• Maintain awareness of new application software, operating systems and changing network and server services and recommend and implement best solutions to end-users.
• Recommend computers, printers, peripherals, memory and other IT devices to end users and CCIU administrative personnel as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum high school diploma
• Experience in Technical Support within education system is preferred
• Experience troubleshooting computer- and technology-related issues
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work independently
