We are seeking a highly skilled technical support engineer to join our team with a passion for providing system level support for integrated solutions to industrial applications. As a technical support engineer, you will provide on-site support for state-of-the-art industrial laser solutions and act as the technical liaison between the customer, systems integrators and internal resources to ensure customer installation is successful and address any issues that may arise during production accordingly. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is customer focused, highly organized and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
