About the Role

In this role you will help manage and execute our product roadmap from planning to delivery. You’ll collaborate with customers, external partners, leadership as well as peers in data science, data engineering and front-end engineering to help build and maintain our Retail and Healthcare analytics products. Initially your focus will be the Customer Journey and Full Store Analytics while also maintaining product definitions, requirements, specifications, product roadmaps and prioritizing product backlog. You’ll work closely with technical teams to uncover pain points while identifying solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the product roadmap by collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, engineers, and data scientists to drive the execution of product lifecycle processes including research, planning, testing and product launch

• Create detailed technical requirements for prototypes and final product development

• Manage product features and dependencies across multiple releases in an Agile environment.

• Define workstreams and manage end-to-end implementations in close collaboration with technical leads to update project plans, identify effort and resources

• Identify risks/issues, implementing early mitigation and contingency plans

• Evaluate new features and enhancements to determine level of effort and identify resource needs

• Analyze data in various databases such as MySQL, Postgres, Oracle or other databases to conduct gap and feasibility analyses

• Develop prototypes using Tableau or other visualization tools to recommend new product features

• Interpret and analyze code to conduct impact analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in a technology related field

• 5 or more years of hands-on product management experience such as creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams

• 2 or more years of experience with Agile software development process

• Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions

• Experience developing digital products and technologies

• Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction

• 2 or more years of experience with Python/Java

• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority

• Background in software development is preferred
