The Team Leader for Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) works with high-risk mental health populations and oversees the administrative and clinical duties of the program. The Team Leader will be responsible for providing overall administrative leadership and direction to ACCS team staff including Group Living Environments (GLE) Program Directors and staff, overseeing service delivery including intake, assessment, clinical treatment planning and delivery, as well as providing peer and family support services. Additionally, the Team Leader ensures seamless, high quality team services to Persons Served living in group home settings while also promoting and managing successful transitions of Persons Served to other DMH services or other community programs. The Team Leader also functions as the primary liaison to the MA Department of Mental Health (DMH), Care Coordination entities and other external parties.
