We are seeking a Team Lead for our Minot location with the flexibility to work Monday through Sunday!
About this Role:
- Leads by example in providing outstanding GOLD service to enhance the customer experience.
- Responsible for providing leadership support when the manager and assistant manager are off-site and conducting opening/closing of the store when needed.
- A key player in motivating, training, and inspiring your Team!
- Responsible for assisting with on-site facility and employee safety and security.
- Understands and communicates the relationship between the Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch mission and Thrift Stores/Warehouses.
