Tax Reviewer Job at Connect Search
My client, an established accounting firm in Madison and is looking to hire a Tax Reviewer to join their team for the season. This is a great opportunity for a candidate that is looking to start a new position right away and has a niche for reviewing individual and business tax returns.
Open office hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm *Very flexible on start and end times with remote hours available.
Pay: $40/hr+

Essential Functions:
- Review documentation submitted by client for inclusion in federal and state tax returns.
- Review income tax returns to ensure accuracy in an efficient manner.
- Communicate with internal tax leaders to provide a complete work product.
- Work efficiently with electronic documents using designated computer applications.
- Maintain confidentiality with client information in accordance with related laws and regulations
- All other duties as assigned.
Must Haves:
- 3 years of experience reviewing tax returns
- CPA or EA preferred
- Must have a PTIN
