What this role is all about:
We are looking for a Talent Management and Organizational Development Advisor in Canada or United States.
Travel will be about 20%
The Talent Management and Organizational Development Advisor is responsible for facilitating the development, deployment and sustainability of programs and initiatives designed to enhance the employee experience. This role has a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (70%). This also includes participating in various employee experience initiatives including career pathing, leadership development, employee mobility, engagement surveys as well as succession planning projects (30%). This role will collaborate and interface closely with Human Capital personnel throughout the US and Canada as well as leaders to effectively and efficiently deploy and achieve program adoption throughout Agropur. This position will assist in the development of OD toolkits to be used by various Agropur sites to improve the employee experience of our employees. This position will assist in the development of OD toolkits and training programs to be used by various Agropur sites to improve the employee experience of our employees.
  • Manage DEIB processes & initiatives such as International Recruitment, Immigration processes support, governmental requirements such as Affirmative Action. Be part of the DEIB Steering Committee, participate in the strategy and organizational level deployment of initiatives. Support the DEIB Employee Committee as well as Women’s focused committee.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders across the business to ensure that the DEIB needs and employee experience are understood the right initiatives and actions are being put in place.
What you need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
  • Minimum thee (3) years of DEIB experience with hands-on management of programs and initiatives.
  • French, Spanish and English preferred.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
