Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Akron, OH
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter approved requisitions into Taleo & publish job posts. Could also be involved in obtaining approvals as per process working with Lead Recruiter/Talent Acquisition team
- Create candidate record in Taleo in case of agency hires
- Ensure Taleo is updated with candidate hiring /lifecycle information. Send rejection emails as required. Update open position status with hiring information once candidate is selected.
- Assist Lead Recruiter to source relevant candidates for open positions (Career portal against job requisition/Job Sites). Strategy to hire depends on job type/level.
- Create employment contract as per defined template /job type (might differ sometimes on a case-to-case basis and contract will need to be modified accordingly)
- Generate New Hire Paperwork in Taleo
- Schedule Interviews as required for open positions. Collect interview feedback from hiring manager and update Recruiter/Talent Acquisition team
- Screen candidates (based on standard screening questions/script)
- “Own” Taleo system tasks. Suggest process improvements as required, sometime might be required to work with HCM/IT team for system enhancements, testing/UAT (during quarterly patch updates)
- Reporting as required (from Taleo and any offline excel based reporting as may be required)

Salary: $27.00 per hour
