POSITION TITLE: SYSTEMS CLIENT CONSULTANT

DEPARTMENT: CLIENT SYSTEMS SUPPORT



    POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
    • Minimum 1 year of business experience with general knowledge of the financial industry, operations, systems, and services required; 3-5 years of prior client services and relationship management experience preferred
    • In-depth knowledge of Federated Hermes and DST products, systems, operations and services preferred


    MAJOR DUTIES:

    • Provide day-to-day support of clients using EDGEnet, Alliance Partner interfaces, and other system related products and applications. Maintain a solid understanding of the products and systems supporting clients in order to resolve operating and system issues.
    • Based on interaction with the client and their feedback, identify and recommend the Federated Hermes system related products, enhancements, services and efficiency gains which can assist the client in reaching their goals/objectives.
    • Coordinate the installation/establishment of the various Federated Hermes systems and products for our clients (EDGEnet, Batch EDGE, Federated Data Exchange FDX, Secure File Transfer, etc. Ensure the client can begin conducting business, effectively and within the capabilities of Federated Hermes’s operations.
    • Lead the client through trainings and tutorials on the various Federated Hermes systems and products Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.Act as a liaison with our Alliance partners (Accutech, FIS Global/Metavante, FIS Global/SunGard, Infovisa etc.) regarding client and fund setup operational issues.
    • Resolve any system/product related issues encountered by clients.
    • Utilize Cherwell to engage BISD to help resolve any issues requiring programmer support.
    • Effectively represent business unit and its clients in meetings with internal departments (Client Relationship Management, Sales, and BISD etc. ;) to resolve administrative and operational issues affecting client relationships.
    • Review all planned formal communications and be prepared to answer client questions.
    • Based on feedback from clients or needs identified during normal servicing of clients prepare system enhancement requests. Represent the business unit on new product initiatives and enhancements, providing insight on clients’ receptiveness or operational considerations.
    • Participate in the development, testing and implementation of new system enhancements.
    • Remain proactive regarding issues, escalating when appropriate and ensuring all problems are resolved in a satisfactory manner. Keep team members and management informed, conveying a sense of accountability and commitment to stakeholders and service/business goals. Adhere to current policies, procedures and quality standards.
    • Monitor and respond to client inquiries received via the System Client Consultant toll-free support line or team mailbox.
    • Review client requests for access to third-party applications and communicate approval / denial to provider.


    HOURS/LOCATION:

    • 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (overtime as required)
    • Warrendale Location – Warrendale, PA 15086l
    • Hybrid (Office/Remote)
