Systems Administrator – Kapco Grafton, WI

A skilled professional position involving oversight and maintenance of the organization’s networks, servers and computer systems. Nurture dependable IT infrastructure and networking to ensure faster and smarter business processes. An Associate’s degree or higher in computer science or equivalent is required along with network administration experience. This is an exempt position.

Primary Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the IT manager, assists in maintaining the various networks, servers, Wi-Fi, security, user equipment and telecommunications systems
• Maintains an accurate list of company owned assets and software
• Utilizes company ticketing system and manages assigned projects
• Timely resolution of network and systems issues
• Monitoring datacenter and computer systems health and improve network performance
• Support and administer third – party application
• Effective maintenance of networks, servers, firewalls, switches, printers, security, endpoint equipment and telecommunications systems
• Completion of tasks efficiently and on schedule
• Timely and effective support with appropriate communication to end-users
