Job Description (Survey Technician):

· Receive field data from field staff and schedule field crews when needed

· Perform office work for land surveying projects including boundary location, ALTA/ASCM, topographic surveys, and construction staking Calculations

· Preparing construction documents and record field data

· Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget

Requirements:

· 3+ years of experience drafting survey mapps

· Experience working on boundary surveys for commercial projects

Benefits:

· Salary $25-42/hr (based on experience)

· + Bonuses based on office and firm performance (Avg. 5-12%)
