Supportive Employment Case Manager Job at Crawford County Mental Health Center
Crawford County Mental Health Center is taking applications for a Supportive Employment Case Manager on the Individual Placement Support team.
Position will have a case load of around 20 clients to provide an EBP program for employment for clients aged 18 and up. This position requires 6 contacts per week with potential employers. Sticking to employment efforts is a requirement. Position is highly data and relationship driven. Attendance of team and staffing meetings is expected on a weekly basis, as well as with your supervisor.
