Job Description
Responsible for Supervising and Managing the manufacturing support departments while ensuring safety, quality and productivity through standards and processes.
Job Requirements
- Communicate effectively and timely with team
- Read and understand production control records
- Make quality decisions based on job ticket and training
- Maintain production levels and minimize downtime
- Demonstrate positive/professional leadership abilities
- Awareness, adherence and application of all safety guidelines
- Work with team to maximize machine speeds
- Complete Reviews for all manufacturing support employees
- Check daily production for each machine.
- Check daily Quality defects.
- Inspect maintenance record and schedule for each machine.
- Renew and training QSP manual.
- Investigate all quality problems and training employees.
Position Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Supervising or Managing of personnel with at least 5 years of experience.
- Pharmaceutical cGMP knowledge: 5 years of experience
- Good Communication skills
- Motivated team player
- Computer skills – data collection of time and materials
- Demonstrated focus on details of job and organization of work area
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift or carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to push or pull up to 85 lbs
