Supply Coordinator

Supply Manager

Summary

The Supply Coordinator is responsible for managing procurement processes for the whole of the organization and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 or more years purchasing experience preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented; able to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to use a computer for inventory management purposes, Microsoft Office Suite a plus including Excel
  • Forklift certification preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and submit vendor purchase orders
  • Tracks all open orders to their completion
  • Build relationships with existing vendors and identify new vendors to service emerging need
  • Identify procurement processes to be improved or made more efficient
  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Data entry
  • Provide support to warehouse employees
  • Additional projects as needed

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
