We’re looking for a supervisor to join our ranks. You will play a critical role as our team guides and mentors prospective and new advisors as they transition their business to Commonwealth. You will have dynamic opportunities to coach employees, coordinate day-to-day operations, build relationships, and collaborate with key departments to help strengthen our efficiencies and capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising, coaching, and mentoring employees to promote individual growth
  • Preparing and conducting monthly touch-base meetings, performance reviews
  • Working with management to identify, spearhead, and execute process improvements and interdepartmental efficiencies
  • Staying abreast of new resources, products, procedures, industry news, and regulations
  • Maintaining relationships and collaborating with key departments
  • Partnering with transition trainer on department training needs, including resources, workflows, assessments, and training plans
  • Serving as a relationship manager and quarterback, as needed, to help guide new advisors through their transition process

Core Strengths and Skills

  • Experience with employee and team development
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
  • At least 4 years of financial services experience
  • 1–2 years of team leader or supervisor experience
  • FINRA Series 6, 7, or 99 securities registrations
