INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS:
An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.

JOB SUMMARY:
This position develops and maintains a program of recruitment, selection, and placement of qualified and competent applicants for non-certificated position vacancies in the Food and Nutrition Department. This position assists staff and employees in interpreting all laws, policies and regulations related to personnel management, and proposes, writes, and revises personnel policies and regulations. This position administers the employee transfer procedures, maintains the official personnel record system for all non-certificated personnel, and monitors the classified employee evaluation system for the Food and Nutrition Department.

Grade 17: $95,160 - $182,336 per year (competitive benefits)
