That's right, the Sundance film festival!

First, the pay:

For the Sundance Festival, we are offering $20-$25 per hour depending on your experience level. As a locally-owned and operated company, CBI has been leading the way in increasing wages for Security Officers in the Salt Lake Valley. This year, we have negotiated pay raises for 80% of our contracts and we work weekly with clients around the state to improve our officers' standard of living. CBI highly prefers to promote from within our ranks, and we have supervisor and other opportunities to work that will be very surprising.

With such a large undertaking like Sundance, we are looking for temporary officers to join us. However, once you work with us for a few weeks, and you realize how great an opportunity CBI can offer, we offer generous benefits to our regular team members including health, dental, vision, a free life insurance, paid time off (PTO), and employee assistance programs (EAPs) which provide complementary counseling and legal services. What will you do (responsibilities)?

This is a specific posting for the Sundance Film Festival. Officers will:

• Alertly observe and report any issues to authorities
• Respond appropriately and calmly to diverse situations
• Control the entries and exits of locations
• Expertly and professionally apply client's policies, procedures and standards in each interaction with public or employees
• Enjoy shuttle service from Salt Lake City to and from each location assigned for every shift at Sundance

What do we require to hire?

• Must be 18 years or older with a diploma or equivalent
• Need to be able to pass drug and background check
• Ability to complete the 8-hour basic training needed to get licensed
• Must have and be able to use apps on smartphones
• Must be able to exercise good judgment/decisions and practice appropriate grooming standards
• Integrity and flexibility are both vital in security professions
• Physically able to walk up/down stairs and stay alert for entire shift
