Arcfield is seeking an experienced Subcontracts Administrator to join the Finance Team.

PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Subcontract Administrator will oversee the Subcontract Management Module, which includes Work Assignments, rate management and timesheet processing for our large subcontractor workforce. Work assignments contain the settings and business rules that define the items and subcontractor resources that can charge against the subcontractor agreement Purchase Orders.

The Subcontracts Administrator must exercise judgment and possess strong problem-solving skills in performing his/her duties while complying with established policies and procedures. The Subcontracts Administrator has a fiduciary responsibility to involve line management in the event of non-compliance with the Company’s published financial policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with internal customers to assign vendor employees and associated rates
  • Develop internal forms to capture data correctly related to Work Assignments, vendor employees and Purchase Orders
  • Create Subcontract Invoices
  • Oversee correcting invoices
  • Provide timesheet support to our subcontractor workforce
  • Continually assess ongoing processes to identify areas for potential improvement; as required, participate in initiatives to improve processes (i.e., participate in working groups)
Qualifications:
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • BS or BA degree (a related discipline, business, finance or accounting, is highly desirable) with 8-10 years of professional experience, MS with 6-8 years of professional experience, PhD with 3-5 years of professional experience
  • 5-7 years’ experience in project accounting or related field
  • 5-7 years’ experience with Deltek Costpoint
    • Experience with Costpoint’s Subcontractor Management module desired but not required
    • Experience with Project Setup
  • Experience working for federal government contractors
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with others and work independently
  • Demonstrated familiarity with the practical applications of personal computers and basic application software (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to assess, interpret and apply government and industry standards, specifications and handbooks to the unique requirements of tasking
For Colorado Residents: Colorado Salary Minimum: $66,200 Colorado Salary Maximum: $160,700 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees.
