The team continues to expand with projects spanning coast to coast and a special emphasis on South Central Texas servicing areas such as Alamo Heights, Bulverde, Cordillera, The Canyons, Horseshoe Bay, Lakeway, Leakey Marble Falls, and Tarrytown.

We're looking for a Director to join our team and help us take our organization to the next level. We're interested in hiring an enthusiastic, highly motivated professional who likes to work in a fast-paced environment and is able to work collaboratively with the owner and other managers. This position requires somone who can work independently, make decisions quickly and has excellent communication skills. She is able to multi task and enjoys a dynamic environment while managing employees in a positive manner. Experience in the deisgn industry, marketing, or retail managment experiece is a plus. Our current staff is a team of 9 hard working women who see each other as family. We pride ourselves on our work ethic, the level of service we provide our clients, and our work life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the office including managing employees and ensuring they align with the companies goals and expected peformance.
  • Hiring and Onboarding new employees
  • Review and manage office insurances
  • Managing Inventory
  • Managing the office
  • Manage and motivate sales team to meet monthly sales goals.
  • Interacting with new potential client leads.
  • Have a professional and organized appearance. We are a high end luxury brand. Experience working in similar field is a plus.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
