Structural Mechanic’s Apprentice Job at CPI Aerostructures
Job Description
Perform assembly, installation, maintenance, layout, repair or modification operations necessary to fabricate, join or otherwise manufacture aircraft lots, line and major assemblies, section and complete aircraft.
Requires training and constant oversight by more experienced personnel in order to accomplish designated elements/tasks within the statement of work. Training to last a minimum of 18 months or at the discretion of the manufacturing supervisor.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, carry and handle objects weighing 25-30 pounds
- Lifting, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, grasping, holding, reaching, pushing and pulling are generally required to perform the functions of this position
