We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Street Team with the Marketing Department. This position will be responsible for assisting the Senior Marketing Manager to guide and mentor the Street Team members with schedules and training. Members of the Street Team will be fun, ambitious, hardworking and committed to promoting the Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury. This vital role in the marketing department will serve as brand ambassador for the Suns while working with multiple departments within the organization. In addition, this individual will need to be available for a minimum of 75% of home games and events per month.

What Will You Do:

  • Serve as leader of street team members during on- and off-site events to promote the Suns and Mercury
  • Obtain all street team members availability in advance of each event
  • Schedule all street team members in a fair and equal manner, while considering external factors such as driving eligibility and availability
  • Assist in the training of new street team hires, ensuring they follow proper protocols for event behavior, hours submissions, and recaps
  • Assist Marketing department in researching new events and developing plans for attendance
  • Manage giveaway and promotional items inventory
  • Set up, operate, and break down all interactive elements and mobile vehicle at scheduled events
  • Responsible for fan engagement and data cultivation at each event, completing post-event recap forms, and constantly communicating with Marketing team on all event-related activities
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance
