Retail Manager:

You will assist us in redesigning the Trollbeads retail experience while enjoying a 40+ hour work week and a financially rewarding career of celebrating life and expressing love with our customers. You will develop exceptional teams, drive sales and profit excellence, collaborate and innovate to inspire your team to succeed in store and virtually.

Basic Function:

Direct the daily operations of your store to achieve sales and profit through leadership, coaching, training, recruiting, and innovating in our evolving environment while delivering an exceptional customer and team member experience.
Responsibilities include the following and continue to evolve with our Path to Brilliance.

A Trollbeads Store Manager (Responsibilities):

  • Attains sales and profit excellence as set by the Company. Maximize the in-store and virtual sales potential of all Team Members through training, development and leading by example.
  • Oversees the implementation of all health and safety policies to ensure staff and customer safety.
  • Train team to use all platforms for selling, training and outreach including digital technology and social media.
  • Recruits to build a team of top talent and develop relationships with future candidates to ensure we are always ready for the next team member. Collaborate with your supervisor on building a highly engaged, results driven team.
  • Consistently communicates and trains their team on new product launches and ensures that the team is knowledgeable in all areas of product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experience. Implements and oversees the visual component of new products and current launches according to corporate communications.
  • Evaluates Team Member's performance to determine progress to identify developmental needs and celebrate success.
  • Establishes a positive, professional work atmosphere to inspire and motivate others to achieve store goals. Encourages and promotes a cooperative, team spirited work atmosphere among all Team Members.
  • Acts in a manner that will influence and earn the respect of Team Members
  • Maintains transparent and open communication with Team Members and management. Encourages Team Members to innovate and share ideas.
  • Strictly adheres to all Company Policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
