Overview:

Energy North Group/Haffner’s is seeking a Convenience Store Manager in Training to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. Our Store Manager is responsible for the management of the ongoing day to day operations of the store, while adhering to company policies and procedures; direct supervision of staff; maximizing store profits and ensuring a high level of customer service and store appearance

Pay: $18 - $20 / Hour (based on experience)

• Can complete the daily administrative responsibilities in accordance with company procedures.
• Positive role models for their fellow employees.
• Supervises employees.
• Trains new employees according to the guidelines set forth by the company.
• Executes all aspects of the company’s promotions, as communicated by the Marketing Manager.
• Able to communicate company promotions to store employees.
