Upper East Side Wine Store with great energy, dedicated to sourcing and selling exceptional Wines & Spirits is seeking a Full Time Stock/Delivery Person. This position has growth potential for the right candidate interested in learning about wine and spirits.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining inventory on the selling floor and cellar
- Cashier, Register POS System operations
- General Maintenance and cleaning the store daily
- Local deliveries in all weather conditions
- Packing and checking customer orders
General Requirements:
- The ability to read and write in English
- Lifting 40-50LB cases to and from the cellar constantly during your shift
- The ability to read and recognize wine labels in English, French , Italian and Spanish
- Experience using a hand truck
- Evening, Weekend and Holiday work hours are required
