The Casecart Aide (Sterile Processing Tech) is responsible for performing all duties related to accurate and timely cleaning, inspection, assembly and sterilization of surgical, diagnostic & procedural instrumentation and equipment to meet customer and customer needs.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly rate range: $19.92 to $24.60 Per Hour
$3,000 sign on bonus

Shift times 3pm to 11pm
FTE: 80 hours
Weekend requirements every other weekend
No on call requirements
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
Instrument Room or Operating Room experience Preferred
1 year SPD and/or Case Cart experience in lieu of Sterile Processing Technician
- Certification from MCTC SPD,CBSPD, IAHCSMM or equivalent program/certification - Required
- Previous Case Cart experience - Preferred
- Possess basic computer usage/skills, ability to delineate colors - Required
- Knowledge of and demonstrated ability to perform manual decontamination, inspection, assembly and packaging methods for sterilization - Required
- Knowledge of and demonstrated ability to operate automated SPD equipment - Required
- Knowledge of basic instruments, common medical abbreviations, and basic medical terminology - Required
Minnesota license
