Steel Painter and Loader Job at Kinsley Steel, Inc.
SUMMARY
The Painter/Loader is mainly responsible for painting and preparing structural steel and assisting with loading and unloading steel from trucks as required.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prep and paint structural steel
- Operate forklift as needed
- Perform rigging work to move materials as requires
- Load and unload steel from trucks
- Perform other duties as required to support the fabrication shop
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience painting and using paint sprayers to apply paint
- Must have experience with overhead crane
- Experience using and operation a forklift is required
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by functioning and communicating in an effective manner with co-workers, clients, and supervisors
- Works in compliance with Kinsley's safety policies and procedures
- Must be flexible to work any schedule needed including overtime and Saturdays as needed
- Basic math skills are required
- Must be able to tolerate hot and cold working environment
- Must be able to stand on feet for up to 10 hours
- Must be organized and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
