We are looking for self-motivated Staffing Agency Recruiters with experience to join our Team!
We are a fast paced staffing agency head quartered in Toledo Ohio that requires a high volume of applicants for our many different customers. Our ideal recruiter should have experience in recruiting, sourcing, screening and assessing candidates for placement for multiple positions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract candidates using a variety of sources.
Create recruitment materials, ad and postings with our advertising department.
Source out all materials using platforms available -example: multiple job boards, newspapers, fliers, phone calls, texts blasts and social media.
Advertise, source, screen and assess candidates for placement.
SKILLS
Recruiting experience (staffing agency experience preferred)
