HydraFacial is hiring a Sr. Quality Specialist who will be responsible for compiling and analyzing internal and external information by providing support in implementing systems, procedures, and policies.

• Maintain NCMR process flow to ensure timely completion of NCMR’s and report statistics.
• Provide feedback to QA, R&D and Operations on quality issues.
• Coordinate, plan and follow up on Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions and Deviations.
• Track, trend, analyze and report post market non-conformances, compliance violations, complaints, audit responses, internal investigations, and present KPI metrics to Quality Management on a regular basis.
• Support organization during regulatory audits.
• Assist in assuring Quality and Regulatory compliance across functions.
• Perform, plan and follow up on Internal Audits and corrective activities.
• Work with engineering departments to disposition NCMR’s.
• Additional duties as assigned by Manager.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• 5 years experience in medical device quality.
• Supporting cGMP Quality System activities including document control, quality records management, training program, management, auditing and quality event management.
• Excellent Communication Skills—verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with word and excel.
