GENERAL FUNCTION

• Provide inputs to program documentation, including inputs for the identification and development of program requirements and/or cost, schedule, technical, and program risks. These efforts shall include, but are not limited to, program management plans; program baselines; WBSs; program risk assessments; standard program reviews and/or reports including Selected Acquisition Reports, monthly acquisition reports, and DAES.
• Support the Government in the management of program financial risk; including identification, qualification, and evaluation of schedule and cost risk contained in the annual cost and budget estimates for development and procurement/modification programs.
• Assist in the development of program impacts and propose risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop, analyze, and maintain a master integrated program schedule from concept exploration to fielding a system.
• Utilize networking software tools and capabilities to support lower tier schedule networking, network statistics usage, generation of network graphics, assignment of realistic durations and relationships to network elements.
• Evaluate weapon system contractor-proposed schedules against Government schedules, assess Government program office schedules against schedule databases, and conduct probabilistic and deterministic risk assessments on both Contractor and Government schedules by performing a SRA using Monte Carlo simulation-based software.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced Degree (Master of Arts (MA)/Master of Science (MS)) and 12 years of related experience, 5 years of which must be in the DoD.
• OR, BA/BS degree, and 15 years of related experience, 5 years of which must be in the DoD.
• OR, 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as needed, 8 of which must be in the DoD.
• Must obtain and maintain a government security clearance at the Secret level.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and other customer specific software.
