Position Summary:

As the Sr. Manager of Demand Marketing , you are responsible for leading the demand marketing team and marketing’s contribution to pipeline and bookings revenue. You will also be accountable for the evolution of demand marketing practices and contribute to our world class marketing transformation efforts. You will lead a high-performing team of Demand Mangers/Specialists in a fast-paced environment to own the creation and execution of tactical demand plans.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of high performing marketing professionals, motivating and driving them towards the vision of the team and the organization.
  • In collaboration with Sales, Segment, and Product Marketing teams, develop and optimize the strategic framework for demand program execution.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver a unified, end-to-end buying experience for prospects/customers that integrates digital and traditional marketing activations live; providing plan backed by data.
  • Own KPI improvement and optimization including conversion rates for every stage of the funnel, funnel velocity, channel performance, lead qualification and overall revenue generation.
  • Oversee all demand marketing activity for the segment and ensure programs are being launched in concert with the GTM process
  • Create and provide pipeline forecasts (by Product and Segment) to the Marketing Leadership team and ensure forecast is met or exceeded
  • Create the demand evolution strategy and implement world class practices for continual performance improvement
  • Manage agencies as the point of contact for the demand marketing organization ensuring performance
Required Experience:
  • 5-7 years’ experience in a Marketing leadership role
  • Experience with commonly used marketing tools including web-based collaboration tools, CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce.com, HubSpot and/or Marketo) is an asset
  • Extensive campaign management experience. This includes planning, budgeting, forecasting, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Deep understanding of the buying funnel from an internal and customer perspective and can translate that into frictionless buyer journeys
  • Self-directed and effective in working independently and cooperating cross functionally
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as expert organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines when necessary
  • Creative thinking to identify fresh, forward-thinking techniques to reach lead generation and revenue / pipeline goals
  • Previous experience in the post-acute healthcare industry and/or SaaS-based companies is a bonus
