Position Overview:
This role will develop and drive customer-centric technology enablement for both new and existing products. Refine implementation, user experience, and adoption processes for our clients while working with Sales, Business, and Technology teams to professionalize the overall delivery of our solutions.
Essential Job Functions:
Own new customer implementations for clients end-to-end
Build Solution Plans to encompass key functionality for the client and understanding of needed customizations
Lead the implementation team and direct the configuration work of the team
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process
Establish best practices and extend this knowledge across all SitusAMC technologies
Understand the client’s vision and define project scope and requirements
Proactive communication and support of project
Develop partnership with key internal stakeholders: Product, Sales, Engineering, Training.
Other activities as may be assigned by your manager
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
7 years of financial services/banking experience preferred
3-4 years of software/implementation experience preferred
Special Requirements:
The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment
Working Conditions:
Office environment with frequent computer, mouse, keyboard use
Alternating between sitting or standing as needed
Hearing, talking, reaching, grasping

The base salary range for this role is ($90,000 - $120,000). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
