Job Description

Opportunity:


This Sr. Financial Analyst position plays a critical role in achieving our overall objective of delivering best-in-class business partner support and analysis. This Analyst supports Enterprise Technologies (ET), including the IT and Enterprise Analytics functions.


This visible role will be a trusted partner to all levels within the ET organization and will have frequent interactions with executive management. Working within a small, agile, and high performing FP&A team, this role will play a critical role in helping ET achieve strategic goals through effective financial management, analytical insights, and operational excellence. The Financial Analyst of ET will also develop a broad and deep understanding of the Company’s business and operations supported by ET.

Primary Function of Position:


The Sr. Financial Analyst, Corporate Operations role is responsible for providing analytical support and financial oversight to our Enterprise Technology team and executive management as they make important strategic and tactical decisions about our ongoing operations and future projects. Such responsibilities will include operating forecasting processes, perform budget versus actual analysis, support close and management reporting activities, ensure strong project management processes within our business operations to collect the data needed for decision making, and perform ad hoc analysis relating to projects as they arise.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for tracking, analyzing and reporting financials for the teams within Global Enterprise Technology Business Unit
  • Responsible for consolidating and reporting financials as part of month-end close, forecast, and planning cycles
  • Create ROI analysis, business case, economic valuation and comparison models to support key business decisions
  • Design & deliver insightful dashboards to influence key business decisions and strategies
  • Proactively identify and execute continual process improvements by leveraging best practices, standardization, and automation to scale the business
  • Monitor trends and key metrics, including spending, headcount, and vendor investment against plan/forecast assumptions
  • Ensure monthly financial results are stated accurately and in accordance with GAAP. This includes preparation and posting of journal entries
  • Ensure adequate internal controls are in place and Company accounting policies are adhered to.


Qualifications

Skill/Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience involving budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and project management
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflict, drive consensus, and reach conclusions
  • Ability to succinctly and accurately present findings to management and executive leadership.
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to excellence
  • Strong analytical skills and high capacity for growth and the ability to change along with the Company.
  • Proficiency in Excel, as well as experience building financial models involving complex formulas and large data sets is a plus
  • Experience with financial systems such as SAP (ERP), Anaplan and Tableau is preferred
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.

Base Salary Range Region 1:$118,700 - $170,700
Base Salary Range Region 2: $100,900 - $145,100
